Mr. Morford is a founding principal of Morford & Dodds Realty and has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1981. Mr. Morford earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of Delaware, and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute. He has previously served as a committee co-chair of the Education Committee of CoreNet and is a licensed salesperson in the State of New Jersey.

Peter Dodds has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over twenty-five years. He is a founding partner of Morford & Dodds Realty. Mr. Dodds holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
During Mr. Dodds’ career he has successfully represented both landlords and tenants in purchase and lease negotiations for over four million square feet of transactions.

Saul Ewing LLP – Site feasibility studies and tenant representation for relocation of New Jersey regional office to 28,000 square feet in Princeton Forrestal Center.
The Commons – Acquisition and remarketing of the sale of a 300,000 square foot-approved site to SJP Properties, Princeton, NJ.
Princeton Metro Center – Approval and development work for a 30 acre, 272,000 square foot office park. Subsequent sale of 10 acre, 100,000 square foot approved building site to Mack-Cali REIT. Subsequent sale of 4 acre 42,000 square foot approved building site to The Advance Group.
103 Carnegie Center – Represented building owner on leasing and subsequent sale of 100,000 square foot office building to Mack-Cali REIT.
Princeton Consultants – Renewal of 15,000 square foot corporate office in Princeton Forrestal Center. Site selection and lease negotiation of 5,000 square foot New York City satellite office.
One Research Way Partners – Represented the sale of 50,000 square foot office research facility in the Princeton Forrestal Center.
Livingston Johnson migrated to commercial real estate from a residential focus at Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s where he excelled by providing uncommon service and value.
Prior to a real estate career, Mr. Johnson was a successful repeat technology entrepreneur, most notably a founder of a global pharmaceutical services company that innovated the methodology for clinical drug trials. Across multiple companies he has held positions ranging from CTO, CIO and CEO.
Previously, he was a venture capitalist that focused on technology companies in hardware, software, wireless and ecommerce. Many of the companies he was associated with are now household names and enjoy dominant positions in their respective industries.
Past associations include director at Scenic Hudson, the fabled land conservancy of the Hudson Valley, a founding board member of the D&R Greenway Land Trust, and a founder of the Carnegie Lake Rowing Association.
Prior to joining Morford & Dodds Reatly in 2017, Mr. Fatigati served as a Senior Vice President for the Garibaldi Group from 1989-2016. From 1978-1989, Mr. Fatigati held a number of sales and management positions with Coldwell Bank Commerical Real Estate Services (CBRE).
Mr. Fatigati, areas of specialty are the sale/leasing of office product, with a particular concentration in urban areas, and corporate client representation.
Mr. Fatigati holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Bowling Green State University, an M.A. from Farleigh Dickinson University, and a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development & Investment from New York University. Mr. Fatigati was an instructor in English and Latin at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in Montville, New Jersey from 1975-1978, and has served as an adjunct professor at New York University Graduate School of Real Estate.
