Prior to joining Morford & Dodds Reatly in 2017, Mr. Fatigati served as a Senior Vice President for the Garibaldi Group from 1989-2016.  From 1978-1989, Mr. Fatigati held a number of sales and management positions with Coldwell Bank Commerical Real Estate Services (CBRE).

Mr. Fatigati, areas of specialty are the sale/leasing of office product, with a particular concentration in urban areas, and corporate client representation.

Mr. Fatigati holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Bowling Green State University, an M.A. from Farleigh Dickinson University, and a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development & Investment from New York University.  Mr. Fatigati was an instructor in English and Latin at St. Joseph's Preparatory School in Montville, New Jersey from 1975-1978, and has served as an adjunct professor at New York University Graduate School of Real Estate.
